To our valued current
and future residents,
We understand the
concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing amid the rising number of
COVID-19 cases. We want our current and future residents to know that we are still operating under
the recommended federal, state and local guidelines and we are still here to
help and provide essential services.
Our community is
offering our current residents renewing for next year and all new residents our
Worry-Free Leasing program. The Worry-Free Leasing program allows you to
sign your August 2021 lease with $0 termination fee if your university or college should
close for all in-person classes and student functions for the Fall 2021 semester.
Please contact our leasing office for more details.
Our teams continue to
work hard to stay abreast of the changing situations related to COVID-19. The
following are some of the temporary operational changes we are enacting in
response to the ongoing health crisis:
- Employees: They are expected to adhere to the company’s policies
on taking the precautionary safety measures i.e. wearing a face mask,
sanitizing work stations and following our standard operating cleaning
procedures.
- Sick Employees: All employees have been instructed to stay home if
sick or exposed to someone who is sick.
- Office Visits: Our offices are still open and we are only taking
appointments to address any resident concerns. We also encourage residents
to call first if they have concerns.
- Resident Events: We may temporarily cancel events based on the
guidelines of the local authorities however, we will communicate any
changes promptly.
- Residents & Visitors: Every person who comes to our leasing office will be
required to follow the safety measures such as wearing a face mask before
coming into the office.
- Package Pick-up: Residents will be notified when they have a
package and will be given a time frame to pick up their packages in the
designated delivery zone.
- Rent Payments: We still encourage rent payments to be paid
electronically through our online portal. Please contact the office if you
have questions on how to set this up.
We are actively monitoring this ever-changing situation and updating our onsite teams accordingly. We will continue to navigate through these challenging circumstances with the safety of our employees and residents at the forefront of everything we do. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us via phone or email.
We are here to help and
we remain focused on our efforts to continue to serve you.
